30-Day Freshness Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If a Rapture product arrives damaged, unsealed, or otherwise not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you — your choice.
Unopened Products
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Wear, tear, and shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is our error.
Opened Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will replace them at no cost.
How To Start A Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo (if applicable).
- We’ll reply within one business day with a return authorization.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once a tracking number is issued, the order is subject to the return policy above.
