Processing Times

Orders placed before 3pm ET ship the same business day. All other orders ship within 24 business hours. You’ll receive a tracking number by email the moment your package leaves our facility.

Delivery Options

• Standard (3–5 business days): $5.99 flat rate
• Free standard shipping: on orders over $500
• Expedited (1–2 business days): calculated at checkout

Discreet Packaging

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names or branding on the outside. Your privacy is part of the service.

Restricted Locations

We cannot ship kratom products to states and municipalities where they are prohibited or regulated as controlled substances. Orders to restricted areas are automatically cancelled and refunded in full. Check the legality FAQ for the current list.

Lost Or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 7 days with your order number and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
